By accessing or using gottyoudigital.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Gott You Digital, a web design and development agency based in the Chicago area ("we", "us", or "our").
Use of the site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
- Scrape or harvest data from the Site without our written permission

Client work and project deliverables
Ownership of custom websites, applications, and other deliverables built for clients is governed by the individual service agreement or contract signed between Gott You Digital and the client. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of client deliverables.
Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as Google Calendar or Stripe). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those external sites. Links do not constitute an endorsement.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gott You Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Pricing and availability
Prices and service offerings described on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. Custom pricing displayed on client-specific proposal pages is held for the period stated on that page and is not a binding offer to the general public.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
