Why we built it
Running an event business meant stitching together a CRM, a scheduler, an email tool, and an invoicing app, none of which talked to each other and none of which matched our brand. So instead of renting four or five disconnected tools, we built one system that does all of it. Here is what is inside.

So we built our own. One custom system, designed around how the business actually runs, on-brand, and owned outright, with no per-seat fees.
The invoicing is the clearest proof of what owned means. On-brand invoices generated by our own software and paid in a few clicks, with no separate invoicing subscription, and the client record already attached. Payments run securely through Stripe.
